Female-Driver Services in Pakistan

Demand for female drivers in Islamabad comes mainly from three groups: women who prefer a female driver for daily commuting, families arranging school pick-ups for daughters, and elderly or unwell passengers travelling to hospital appointments. Supply is genuinely limited, with a small pool of trained women drivers working through a few operators in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, so notice matters more than for standard hire.

Expect Rs 12,000 to Rs 16,000 per day for a sedan with a female driver on a ten-hour booking inside the twin cities, slightly above the standard rate because of availability. Monthly arrangements for school runs and office commuting are usually Rs 65,000 to Rs 95,000 depending on hours and daily distance. Half-day bookings of four to five hours are commonly quoted at Rs 7,000 to Rs 9,500.

Book at least three to four days ahead, and a week for a recurring school-run arrangement, because a driver has to be assigned rather than dispatched. Ask for the driver licence and CNIC details before the first trip, agree a fixed daily timing, and where possible keep the same driver so the routine and route become familiar.
