Privacy policy

This policy applies to Islamabad Booking Services (islamabadbookingservices.com) and to the requests, messages and calls we receive through it. We are a lead-generation and introduction service operating in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and the surrounding areas: we connect people who want to book a service with providers who can quote for it.

When you send a request through the site, we collect:

• Your name — so a provider knows who they are quoting.
• Your mobile or WhatsApp number — the only way we and the providers can get back to you.
• Your request details — the service, date, area, guest or room numbers, budget range and anything else you type into the form or tell us in a message.
• The page you sent it from — so we route the request to providers who actually offer that service.

If you email or message us, we keep that correspondence too. We also collect ordinary technical information that any website receives, such as approximate location, device type and which pages were visited, used only in aggregate to understand what people are looking for.

If you apply to be listed as a provider, we additionally collect the identity and business documents described on the list your business page. Those are used to verify you and are never published or shared with customers.

We do not take card numbers, bank details, CVV codes or any payment credentials on this site. There is no checkout here. You pay your chosen provider directly, on whatever terms the two of you agree. Anyone claiming to take a payment on our behalf is not us — tell us immediately if that happens.

We do not ask for your CNIC to book a service, and we do not require an account or a password.

• To pass your request to relevant verified providers.
• To contact you about that request — to confirm details, chase a provider who has not replied, or check that you were looked after.
• To keep a record of requests and outcomes so we can tell which providers respond properly and which should come off the list.
• To understand, in aggregate, which services people in which sectors are searching for, so we list the right ones.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

This is the important part. When you send a request, we share your name, contact number and request details with the verified providers we think can quote for it — typically two to four businesses covering that service, that area and that date. That is what allows them to come back to you with a price, and it is the entire purpose of sending a request.

We only share what a provider needs to quote. We ask providers to use your details for your enquiry and nothing else, and to stop contacting you if you ask them to. If a provider misuses your details, tell us — it is grounds for removal from the list.

We may also share information with service suppliers who help us run the site (hosting, messaging, analytics), and where we are required to by law or by a legitimate request from a competent authority in Pakistan.

Most of our communication happens on WhatsApp because that is what people here actually use. By sending us a request or messaging us, you agree that we and the providers we introduce may contact you on the number you gave — by WhatsApp message, SMS or phone call — about that request.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own terms and privacy policy apply to messages sent through it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying “stop” on the thread, and we will.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure traffic in aggregate — which pages are visited, which services get requested, roughly where visitors come from. We do not use them to build advertising profiles of individuals. Your browser settings can block or clear cookies; the site will still work.

Request details are kept while we are working on your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards — normally up to twenty-four months — so that we can handle follow-ups, repeat bookings and any dispute about what was quoted. Provider verification documents are kept for as long as the provider is listed, and deleted within a reasonable period after they are removed.

Requests are stored with reputable hosting and database providers, and access is limited to the people who handle bookings. No system is perfectly secure, and information sent over WhatsApp, SMS or email travels through services we do not control — so please do not send us documents or details you would not want a third party to see.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what request data we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your details from our records;
• stop contacting you.

Email info@islamabadbookingservices.com or message us on WhatsApp from the number you used, and we will action it. Note that we cannot delete a request from a provider’s own records — you would need to ask them directly.

This site is intended for adults booking services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

We will update this page as the service changes, and the “last updated” date at the top will change with it. Material changes to how we share your data will be described here rather than buried.
