Terms of service

These terms apply to Islamabad Booking Services (islamabadbookingservices.com) and to any request, message or call you send us through the site, WhatsApp, email or phone. By using the site or sending us a request you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Islamabad Booking Services is an introduction and lead-generation service. We publish information about services available in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and the surrounding areas, we take your request, and we pass it to verified providers who can quote for it.

We are not a marquee, a hotel, a salon, a transport company or a contractor. We do not supply, deliver, staff, insure or guarantee any service listed on this site. We are not an agent of yours and we are not an agent of the provider — we introduce the two of you.

Any booking you make is a contract between you and the provider you chose. Price, deposit, cancellation terms, timings, inclusions, refunds, damage and liability are all agreed between you and them. Islamabad Booking Services is not a party to that contract and cannot enforce it for either side.

We strongly recommend getting the key terms in writing before you pay a deposit: the total price, what is included, the cancellation policy and the date. If something goes wrong, tell us anyway — we cannot resolve the contract, but it directly affects whether that provider stays on our list.

Any price shown on this site — a “from” figure, a price guide, a typical range — is indicative only. It is our best estimate of what providers in this market usually charge, and it is not an offer.

Quotes you receive from providers are also indicative until the provider confirms them. Real prices change with the date, the season, guest numbers, duration, inclusions and availability. The binding price is the one the provider confirms to you in writing and you accept.

We do not charge customers for sending a request or receiving quotes, and we do not add commission to a provider’s price.

Before a provider is listed we check identity and business documents and look at the premises, as described on our about page. That is a check on who they are, not a warranty of how they perform on your booking.

We take reasonable care with the information we publish, but details such as capacity, facilities, opening times and pricing change often and are supplied by providers. Confirm anything that matters to you directly with the provider before you commit.

When you use this site you agree to:

• give accurate details in your request, including a working contact number that is yours to use;
• send requests only for services you genuinely intend to book;
• deal with providers civilly, and honour what you agree with them;
• be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian’s consent.

You must not:

• submit false, abusive, obscene or fraudulent requests, or requests on someone else’s behalf without their permission;
• use the site to request anything unlawful, or to arrange anything that would be unlawful in Pakistan;
• scrape, copy or republish our listings, descriptions or provider data for a competing directory;
• attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or the systems it runs on, or send automated or bulk submissions;
• harass providers, or use contact details obtained here for unsolicited marketing.

We may refuse, withdraw or stop handling any request, and block access to the service, where these terms are breached.

Providers who apply to be listed agree to supply accurate documents, to respond to requests we send them within a reasonable time, to quote honestly and to charge what they quoted. Listing is at our discretion and can be withdrawn at any time, in particular where a provider is unresponsive, misquotes customers or misuses customer details.

The text, page structure, service descriptions, branding and design of this site belong to Islamabad Booking Services. You may link to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution; you may not reproduce the catalogue or substantial parts of it. Provider names, logos and photographs remain the property of their respective owners and are used to describe their services.

We aim to keep the site available and to pass requests on promptly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. The site may be unavailable for maintenance, and messages can be delayed or lost by networks and messaging platforms we do not control. We do not guarantee that any particular number of providers will quote, or that any will.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Islamabad Booking Services is not liable for loss arising from the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, quality of work, damage or non-performance of any provider you are introduced to, nor for any dispute between you and a provider. Our role ends at the introduction.

We are also not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost bookings, or costs incurred in reliance on an indicative price. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

Sending a request means your name, number and request details are shared with relevant verified providers so they can quote you. Our privacy policy explains exactly what is collected, who sees it, how WhatsApp contact works and how to have your data deleted. It forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The “last updated” date at the top will always show the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
