Islamabad Booking Services is a booking desk, not a middleman. We keep a checked list of providers across 15 categories and 250 services in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and up towards Murree — and we put your request in front of the right ones.
For customers

Send one request
Fill in the short form — the service you want, your date, your sector and anything that affects the price, like guest numbers or pickup point. It takes about a minute and you do not need an account.

Verified providers quote you
We route your request to the providers who genuinely cover that service, that area and that date. They reply to you directly on WhatsApp or by phone with their price and availability — usually two or three of them, usually the same day.

Compare and book direct
You deal with the provider from there: confirm the details, agree the price, pay them directly. There is no fee to you, no commission on top and no obligation to accept any quote you are sent.
We do not charge customers. Not a booking fee, not a service charge, not a percentage. The site is paid for by the providers who choose to be listed on it, which is why our only real job is sending them requests worth answering.
For providers
If you run a marquee, a guest house, a salon, a padel court, a car rental desk or anything else people book in Islamabad, the other side of this works just as simply. You pass our checks once, you appear on the relevant service pages, and matching requests land on your WhatsApp with the customer’s name, date and requirement already written down. You quote or you pass — there is no penalty for saying no.

- Does it cost anything to get quotes?
- No. Sending a request and receiving quotes is free for customers, and it always will be. We do not add commission to a provider's price and we do not take a cut of your booking. You pay the provider directly at the price the two of you agree.
- How quickly will I hear back?
- We usually respond within 30 minutes on WhatsApp. Providers usually reply within a few hours during working hours; requests sent late at night are typically answered the next morning. We are contactable 9:00 am – 10:00 pm, 7 days a week.
- How many quotes will I get?
- Normally two to four, depending on the service and how specific your request is. Very niche services or last-minute dates may return fewer. If nobody has replied within a day, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase it up.
- What does 'verified provider' actually mean?
- Before a business is listed we check its business documentation and the CNIC of the owner or manager, and we visit or photograph the premises where the service is delivered. Businesses that stop responding to customers, or that quote one price and charge another, are removed from the list.
- Do I have to book through you?
- No. Once a provider has quoted you, the arrangement is between you and them. We are an introduction service — we do not sit in the middle of your payment, your contract or your booking confirmation.
- Are the prices on the site fixed?
- No. Any price shown on a service page is an indicative guide based on what providers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi typically charge. Real prices move with the date, the season, guest numbers and what is included. The only price that counts is the one a provider confirms to you.
