Booking anything in Islamabad usually means the same evening: four WhatsApp groups, a cousin’s recommendation, three numbers that do not answer, and a marquee owner who quotes a figure that turns into a different figure once the tax and the service charge appear. It is not that good providers are missing — it is that finding them takes a week you do not have.
Islamabad Booking Services exists to compress that into one message. You describe what you need once. We put it in front of the providers who genuinely cover that service, that sector and that date, and they come back to you directly with prices. You compare, you choose, you book with them. Nothing is charged to you at any point.
We cover Islamabad sector by sector, all of Rawalpindi, and the hill corridor up through Murree, Bhurban and Nathia Gali — because that is where people from the capital actually book weekends, weddings and offsites. How verification works
“Verified” is a word that gets used loosely. Here is exactly what it means before a business appears on this site.
Identity and business documents
We take the CNIC of the owner or manager and whatever registration the business holds — an NTN certificate, a trade licence, a tenancy agreement for the premises. Names have to match.
A look at the premises
Someone from our side sees the venue, the court, the salon, the workshop or the fleet — in person where it is practical, and by dated photographs and a video call where it is not.
Ongoing review
After listing we track what customers tell us: who replies, who turns up, who quotes one number and charges another. Providers who stop meeting that standard come off the list.
What verification is not: a guarantee of the work. We check that a provider is who they say they are and that the premises exist, but the service itself is theirs to deliver and the contract is between you and them. If something goes wrong, tell us — it changes who stays on the list.
