A car with a driver is the standard way visitors and companies move around Islamabad. You get a vehicle and a driver for an agreed block of hours, usually ten, with a set kilometre allowance inside the twin cities. It suits a day of meetings between Blue Area, F-8 and DHA, a hospital visit from Bahria Town, or a family that wants to see Daman-e-Koh and the Faisal Mosque without parking hassles.

Expect Rs 9,000 to Rs 12,000 per day for a Corolla, Civic or City with driver inside Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and Rs 16,000 to Rs 24,000 for a Fortuner, Sportage or similar SUV. Fuel is sometimes included and sometimes billed at actual use, so confirm which applies. Out-of-city days such as Murree or Khanpur are priced separately because the running distance roughly triples.

Before booking, ask for the model year, whether the air conditioning is serviced, and what happens after the ten-hour block ends, since overtime is normally Rs 500 to Rs 900 per hour. For multi-day hire, agree the driver food and accommodation allowance up front, which is typically Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,500 per night on out-of-city trips.
