Fix the numbers early, because hotel conference space in Bhurban is limited and holds are released quickly. Confirm the meeting room capacity in the actual seating style you need, whether a projector and reliable power backup are included, and the dietary plan. For activity days, agree a wet-weather alternative rather than assuming the hike will happen.
