Padel is the fastest-growing bookable sport in Islamabad and the courts follow the newer developments. DHA Phase 2, Gulberg Greens, Bahria Town Phase 7 and 8, E-11 and F-11 hold most of the glass-walled courts, with a smaller cluster on the Rawalpindi side around Bahria Phase 4. Off-peak hourly rates in 2026 start near Rs 3,500; weekday evenings and weekends run Rs 5,000 to Rs 8,000.

A court takes four players, so the per-person cost at a Rs 6,000 peak hour is Rs 1,500. Most venues include rackets and balls or rent rackets for Rs 300 to Rs 600 a set. Covered courts matter more here than in other sports because Islamabad rain in March, April, July and August cancels open-court play, and the covered venues are the ones that hold their evening bookings through monsoon weeks.

Weekday 8pm and 9pm slots are the hardest to get and usually go three to five days ahead at the busier venues. Daytime hours between 11am and 5pm are the cheapest in the city and are often half the evening rate. If you play weekly with the same group, ask for a fixed recurring slot; venues discount ten to twenty percent to lock in regular occupancy rather than resell it each week.
