Padel reached Lahore after Karachi and Islamabad, and the courts followed the same logic — new-build land near people who already play racket sports. DHA Phases 5 and 6 hold the largest cluster, with more around Cavalry Ground and Fortress Stadium, in Gulberg off Main Boulevard, and in Johar Town and Model Town serving the western half of the city. If you live on the Mall Road or Walled City side there is very little inside twenty minutes, and the honest answer is to play near DHA or Gulberg and plan the drive.

Off-peak daytime hours start near Rs 3,500. Weekday evenings between 7 pm and 11 pm and weekend slots run Rs 5,000 to Rs 8,000, so a Rs 6,000 peak hour is Rs 1,500 each across four players. Rackets are usually included or rent for Rs 300 to Rs 600 a set. The 8 pm and 9 pm weekday slots go three to five days ahead at the busier DHA venues, while 11 am to 5 pm is often half the evening rate and is the cheapest court time in the city.

Lahore's weather decides more here than in Karachi or Islamabad. May and June regularly cross forty-five degrees, which rules out open-court play between about 11 am and 6 pm and pushes everything to 9 pm and later, so those slots price accordingly. From November to early January the constraint is smog rather than temperature, and covered courts with side screens are the ones that hold their bookings on the days air quality keeps people off open courts. If you play weekly with the same four, ask for a fixed recurring slot; venues discount ten to twenty percent to lock in the occupancy rather than resell it each week.
