The concentration is above Kohsar Market and Jinnah Super in F-6 and F-7, along Blue Area, in E-11 and Bahria Town, and on the Pir Sohawa road where the view rather than the food drives the booking. Sunset slots between 6 and 8 pm go first every weekend.
Expect Rs 2,000 to Rs 5,000 per head in 2026, with the Pir Sohawa and Monal-side venues at the higher end because of the view premium. Rooftops are seasonal in practice: March to May and September to November are the comfortable months, with heaters extending December and January and most rooftops closing or emptying in the June to August heat.
