The shot list should be agreed before arrival: exterior from the street and from the approach, every bedroom, both living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, terrace, parking and any view. Wide-angle work needs care, because over-wide lenses distort rooms and buyers notice on viewing. Ask for bracketed exposures where windows are in frame, otherwise interiors come out with blown-out white windows.

Timing changes the result more than equipment. Mid-morning suits east-facing properties and late afternoon suits west-facing ones. Ask the owner to clear surfaces, open curtains and switch on all lights an hour before. Delivery should be two to four working days. If you want drone exterior shots, confirm the location is not inside restricted airspace before the booking is made.
