Budget Rs 1,500 to Rs 3,000 per head in 2026 for a standard lunch, with hall rent of Rs 20,000 to Rs 70,000 where charged separately. Daytime slots price meaningfully below evening ones, often twenty percent lower, and weekday aqeeqahs are cheaper again. Many families arrange sacrifice and distribution separately from the venue catering.

Confirm the partition arrangement and whether the ladies' section has its own entrance and washroom access. Ask for a working microphone for the recitation, since house sound in smaller halls is often weak. If you are distributing meat as part of the aqeeqah, check whether the venue permits packing and storage on site or whether that has to be handled elsewhere.
