Snooker clubs are spread across the older commercial markets: G-9 Karachi Company, F-10 Markaz, I-8, Blue Area basements, and heavily through Saddar and Commercial Market in Rawalpindi. Newer lounges in Bahria Town and DHA Phase 2 charge more for better tables and cleaner rooms. Rates run Rs 300 to Rs 700 an hour on standard tables, and Rs 800 to Rs 1,500 at premium venues.

Table condition is the whole difference. Ask about cloth age, cushion response and lighting; a worn table with slow cloth changes the game completely. Most clubs charge by the hour on a meter, while some bill per frame, which suits slower players. Cues are provided, though regulars bring their own, and premium lounges usually keep better house cues.

Evenings from 8pm to midnight are peak, especially on weekends, and the good tables at busier clubs fill without booking. In Ramadan the pattern shifts entirely, with clubs busiest from 10pm to 3am. Group and tournament bookings for eight to sixteen players are straightforward at most venues and usually priced as a flat hourly rate for several tables.
