Home sampling suits elderly patients, people recovering from surgery, parents with young children and anyone who would rather not sit in a collection queue before a fasting test. A trained phlebotomist visits at an agreed time window, collects the sample, and the report follows through the laboratory app or email on the same schedule as a walk-in test.

The home collection charge is usually Rs 300 to Rs 800 on top of the test prices, and several networks waive it above a minimum order value of around Rs 3,000. Morning windows between 7 and 10 am are the most requested because of fasting tests, so book those a day ahead. Coverage extends across Islamabad, DHA, Bahria Town and most of Rawalpindi.

Confirm the fasting requirement and the arrival window rather than an exact time, since phlebotomists run a route.
