Summer camps run from early June to late August, when Islamabad schools close and parents need a structured half day. Programmes are hosted by schools, sports clubs, art studios and coworking-style learning centres in F-6, F-7, F-11, DHA and Bahria Town. Content ranges from swimming and football to robotics, coding, art, drama, cooking and Quran classes.

A four-week half-day camp is typically Rs 15,000 to Rs 35,000, with premium school-hosted camps and those including swimming or horse riding at Rs 40,000 to Rs 70,000. Two-week short camps run Rs 8,000 to Rs 18,000. Transport, if offered, adds Rs 5,000 to Rs 12,000 a month, and materials for art and robotics camps are sometimes billed separately.

Ask about the staff-to-child ratio, which should be no worse than one to ten for under-eights, the daily schedule including outdoor time, and what the water and washroom arrangements are in June heat. Confirm the pickup and drop timing precisely, and register by mid-May, since the better-known camps close registration before the school term ends.
