Meeting rooms are the most booked product in Islamabad workspaces because they solve a specific problem: somewhere professional to meet a client without a hotel lobby or a coffee shop. A four to six seat room runs Rs 2,500 to Rs 4,500 an hour; eight to twelve seats cost Rs 4,000 to Rs 6,000. Blue Area and F-7 addresses charge more, largely for the address and the parking.

Confirm what comes with the room. A screen or projector with a working HDMI cable, a whiteboard with usable markers, and tea or water service should all be stated rather than assumed. Ask whether the quoted rate includes the setup you want, since boardroom, U-shape and classroom layouts are not always interchangeable in a small room, and whether video conferencing hardware is available.

Weekday 10am to 1pm and 3pm to 5pm are the contested slots and go a day or two ahead at popular floors. Early morning and after 5pm are usually free on short notice. Half-day and full-day rates exist at roughly three-and-a-half and six times the hourly rate. Parking is the practical constraint in Blue Area and F-7; ask how many spaces come with the booking.
